MIN-TEA MOISTURE BODY BALM:
1. Push up balm from the base of the tube.
2. Hold against skin to warm up for 2-3 seconds and glide on to any dry areas.
3. Tap the balm gently on a surface to bring it back down.

COCONUT BLACK TEA BODY SCRUB
Step 1: Strip down, wet your skin and grab a handful of scrub (a little goes a long way).
Step 2: Use gentle circular motions to buff away dry, dull skin and show some extra love to any problem areas.
Step 3: Rinse off and enjoy softer, smoother skin. Repeat 2-3 times a week.

BODY BRUSH:
1. Start at your feet and move up your body.
2. Brush your skin using wide, circular, clockwise motions.
3. Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin and harder pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet.
4. Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, and mid-section. You should brush upward towards your armpits.
5. After dry brushing, take a cool shower to help remove the dry skin.
6. After your shower, dry off and moisturize your skin using the Min-tea Moisture Body Balm included.

Not sure worth it’s the money. It’s quite a crumbly yet over- oily push up tube and it’s also rather potent. Made no difference at all and also took an age so soak in, so much so I had to put socks on just so I could walk safely. Won’t be buying again sorry

Lovely products and nicely packaged
I bought this along with some other body scrubs as I wanted to try the tea scrubs in particular. So far I have only used the coconut scrub, but it is lovely. Smells great and not too course. Will continue using and then assess further, but so far so good! The bag it came in is really cute and would make a nice gift (although bought for myself 😁). Good website and fast delivery. Love the eco credentials.
